Family
members will be contacted the morning after admittance before
11am. If there is a delay in the telephone call, please be
patient as our doctors are devoted to the patients in the
critical care unit and may be administering care to another emergency
case. If an additional telephone call is requested, please
arrange this with the doctor.
Lab reports and
findings are reported on a daily basis as results become
available. A summary of examination findings, diagnostic tests
results and treatments will be faxed in a timely manner to the
family veterinarian and a copy will be given to the family
member.
