brought her sister and brother-in-law. The group arrived early and were all eager to start cooking. The menu included, assorted fresh breads, rolls and muffins, assorted fresh cut fruit platters, trays of scrambled eggs, sausages, spaghetti with homemade red sauce, penne with homemade pink sauce and bowtie pasta primavera with chicken. The families and patients were so appreciative to have a homecooked meal and not another meal of "hospital food". The families staying in
RMcDH this week were from local towns and as far away as Libya and Iraq. All agreed, it was a nice, feel-good way to spend a Sunday morning.
